The connectors mentioned are quick disconnectable (like the Cepek fittings but they look like the factory ones. They also seal on both sides. (you can disconnect one of the CTIS lines and the air will not come out of the other tire on the opposite side.) You won't need a wrench to remove the CTIS line.

Go to McMaster Carr

  • Fitting for the hub (#5478K71) $14.52 ea
  • Coupler for the line (#5478K111) $14.11 ea
  • DOT approved right angle 1/4 NPT to 3/8 compression (nylon hose) (#51835K272) $2.09 ea
  • If you want the Shrader valve on these fittings you will need (#8063K33) $1.87 ea You will need to drill and tap a 1/8" hole in the right angle brass piece for this feature.
  • DOT Nylon tubing .251 I.D., 3/8” O.D. 55495K13 six different colors can be specified at the time when it is ordered, but they do stock the black. AM General uses Black Parker Hannifin PPT6B 028273 Air Brake line (I tried to read this off the tube itself).
  • The fitting on the end is a (#50915K323) 1.06 ea 1/4 male npt to a 3/8" tube compression fitting.

Total cost per wheel (2003) is around $31.00 excluding the hose.

Alternate Method

These are the part numbers and the prices that I was charged at my local Parker store:

F9190106-2-4-4X6.25", Hose assy, 3BPU, $34.95 each (Braided hoses, may be Teflon lined, I'm not sure)
159F-4-4, Flared fitting, 3BBA, $8.47 each (the 45 deg or so brass elbow fitting)
H2C, Ind interc, 3BQP, $2.78 each (standard brass air fitting nipple that goes in center of the hubs)
HF404F-2-X26, HF coupler, 3BQP, $24.50 each (This is basically a standard brass air hose connector that has been tapped on the sides)

All of the above, times four came to $302.10 with tax. I did have to order the Schrader valves from McMaster-Carr for $9.36 for all four.
