if you think the valve is not sealing then,

I would pull it off and clean it up (maybe some junk is preventing it from sealing?)

or

Buy a new one:

Everything on the ctis seems to be working, deflate works the compressor is running but instead of air going into the tires it escapes out of the bleeder valve on the ctis manifold

man-o-man 94redklzese, This is happening to me now:

First:
When im inflating, pump is pumping (but the deflate valve is triggered at the same time)

So pump is trying to fill up as the deflate valve is allowing air to run off at the same time.

Dave (Blue hummer.com) mentioned:

it could be the deflate valve is stuck open. The reason it only deflates
during
"inflate" or "deflate" is that the "front" and "rear" solenoids (as selected
by
the Axle selection switch) only open during "inflate" or "deflate".

Mr. Wizards fix:
You will have to remove it from the manifold. There may be something in
the valve that is holding it open, or the valve may be defective and need
to be replaced.

Take the nut off the top (single nut) pull the coil off.

Then 4 nuts for the solenoid (some take a hex key)

go clean it out with wd40.. take some "air tool oil" and let it soak in the holes. blow that out with air, put it all back together (do the other two while you are at it, just remember which is which and mind the directions they go back on as they are unidirectional (the orifices will not line up)

Oh and you do need to disconnect all four tires first and let the air out of the system with the dash control otherwise it will be interesting in the that really sucked kind of interesting way.

* I will give the above a shot tomorrow. Pull the valve and clean it out. "I will keep you posted"

It looks like mine is the deflate solenoid coil. it keeps blowing fues when i try to deflate. so i ordered a new one.

the CTIS is a simple device and very easy to work on once you get your head around it.
