2003 H1 Freeze plug leak

Help out with this guys, my 03 leaking antifreeze (not much dime puddles here and there). Can you change these freeze plugs up?

yes, it’s a simple process and tons of DIY information. my concern is the space you have available, but it looks like you have lots of room.
